For startups in the US focusing on medical devices, regulatory compliance is a critical aspect of their business strategy. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) plays a central role in overseeing the safety and effectiveness of medical devices through its regulatory framework. Understanding and following these regulations is essential for startups to ensure market access and patient safety.
